Cádiz has been selected as the opening city for the Nintendo Switch Tour for its 2024 summer tour.

The Delegación Municipal de Juventud e Infancia, in collaboration with Nintendo, presents the ‘Nintendo Switch Tour’ gaming event in Cádiz on July 1 and 2. The event will take place at Plaza de San Antonio, from 18:00 to 00:00 on both dates. This activity, completely free of charge, is part of a national Nintendo tour that will visit 19 Spanish cities, starting in Cádiz.

Aimed especially at young people, children, and families, though open to anyone interested, even those trying video games for the first time, the event will offer 36 gaming stations featuring titles such as Super Mario Bros, Wonder, Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Luigi’s Mansion 2 HD, Princess Peach: Showtime!, and Nintendo Switch Sports. Mario games, known for their friendly and colorful nature as well as their multiplayer modes, are perfect for enjoying together and allow beginners to start playing right away.

In addition, attendees will be able to enjoy Nintendo Switch Sports, a sports simulation game that does not require learning complicated button combinations. You only need to mimic the sports movements with your body, and the Joy-Con controller sensors will translate these movements to the screen, making this title a fun and accessible option for beginners and experts alike, ideal to share with family and friends.
