On Friday 26th, plaza Candelaria will host a street market and a concert organized by Cádiz Centro Comercial Abierto.
Since Monday, shops affiliated with Cádiz Centro Comercial Abierto have been flying banners with the slogan ‘El latido de Cádiz’. This is the new campaign launched by the commercial organization for this spring season, accompanied by various activities. The presentation of this initiative took place on Monday, led by the president of CCCA, José Amaya, and its manager, Yolanda Pérez Ríos, alongside the Deputy Mayor for Commerce, Beatriz Gandullo. The Ayuntamiento de Cádiz is collaborating closely, underlining its commitment to supporting local trade.
These banners, which highlight the importance of local trade and its impact on the city, are accompanied by three-euro vouchers to encourage shopping. The campaign will launch on Friday, April 26 with the fourth edition of «A la Calle», a street market in plaza Candelaria featuring more than twenty local establishments. In addition, the event will be entertained by the musical group ‘Los del fondo’, who will perform a concert in the square. The Ayuntamiento has also organized activities for children during the event.
CCCA will also participate on Tuesday, Día del Libro, promoting the latest releases from local establishments in the sector on its social media. Furthermore, it will collaborate on the activities planned by the Ayuntamiento to celebrate this date, including a text reading at the Fundación Municipal de la Mujer.
In May, the commercial association will carry out a special campaign for Día de la Madre, featuring social media giveaways and gifts for mothers through its loyalty program.
In addition, CCCA will collaborate in organizing the Mi Princesa RETT charity gala on May 10, featuring performances by several artists. Tickets will be available for customers of the organization.
Other activities scheduled for May include the presentation of the Plataforma DUC and the signing of an agreement with Cádiz Club de Fútbol Virgili. Sports activities open to the general public will also be held in various squares across the city.
Finally, CCCA has announced an upcoming activity aimed at raising awareness among students about the importance of local trade, which will be presented soon.
Concluding the presentation, Beatriz Gandullo highlighted that ‘El latido de Cádiz’ is more than just a campaign; it is a recognition of the vital role played by Cádiz Centro Comercial Abierto, urging consumers to support local trade to boost the city's economy.
