This weekend and starting Sunday night, several traffic cuts will take place in the city of Cádiz for various reasons.

Saturday 16 March:

Solidarity race of the IV Olimpiadas escolares:
- Schedule: 13:00 to 14:30
- Affected streets:
  - Glorieta de Cortadura
  - Calle Sirenas
  - Calle Villa de Paradas
  - Calle J. García Agulló
  - Calle Virgen de las Angustias
  - Glorieta Ana Orantes
  - Paseo Marítimo (between Glorieta de Cortadura and Glorieta Ana Orantes)

Sunday 17 March:

XXXVI Media Maratón Bahía de Cádiz:
- Schedule: 09:00 to 13:00
- Affected streets (full closure):
  - Avenida Periodista Beatriz Cienfuegos (formerly avenida José León de Carranza)
  - Cayetano del Toro
  - Ana de Viya
  - Avenida de Andalucía

Access to and from Cádiz:

During the Media Maratón:
- Entry: Puente de la Constitución de 1812 (CA-35) or Puente José León de Carranza (CA-36) with diversion via calle Algeciras.
- Exit: Puente de la Constitución de 1812 (CA-35), Puente José León de Carranza (CA-36) with access via calle Gibraltar from avenida de la Sanidad Pública or avenida de la Ilustración.
- Exit towards San Fernando: CA-33 dual carriageway from calle Gibraltar.

Urban transport:

Lines 1 and 7:
- Diversion via avenida de la Sanidad Pública.
- Line 7 terminus: «Barriada de Loreto» stop.
- Line 1 terminus: next to glorieta Víctimas del Terrorismo.
Lines 2 and 3:
- Diversion towards plaza de España via avenida de Astilleros.

Roadworks on avenida Marconi:
- Duration: 1 month
- First phase: Junction of avenida Marconi – Lacave and calle Hidroavión Numancia
- Changes:
  - Vehicle diversion via avenida Lacave.
  - Calle Hidroavión Numancia: exit towards avenida de la Ilustración or entry to the car park.
  - Access to avenida Marconi from rotonda clínica Astarté: ambulances only.
  - Diversion of urban bus lines 2 and 3.

Sunday 17 March from 21:00 hours:

Closure of Puente Carranza:
- Changes in the city:
  - Towards Cádiz (creciente):
    - Access via CA-35 and Puente de la Constitución de 1812 (Cádiz north).
    - Access to Cádiz south via San Fernando and CA-33.
  - Towards Sevilla (decreciente):
    - Diversion at the Zona Franca exit heading towards CA-35 and Puente de la Constitución de 1812.
- Calle Puerto Elcano:
  - Partial occupation due to roadworks.
  - Removal of parking spaces.
  - Restricted access for Club Náutico Elcano buses.
