Fundación Unicaja Launches New Toy Collection Campaign for Vulnerable Children

Fundación Unicaja has launched a moving campaign to collect new toys for minors from vulnerable families in the province of Cádiz. This solidarity initiative will take place until December 31 at its Centro Cultural located in the city of Cádiz.

Campaign Beneficiaries

The social entities that will benefit from this action are Nuevo Hogar Betania, Fundación Márgenes y Vínculos, and Nuevo Futuro Cádiz. In addition, Fundación Unicaja will make its own donation of new toys to support this noble cause.

Scope of the Initiative

The campaign will also extend to the cultural centers in Málaga and Almería, as well as the Museo Fundación Unicaja Joaquín Peinado in Ronda. This initiative is expected to allow nearly 700 minors at risk of social exclusion to enjoy the magic of the Reyes Magos.

How to Participate

Anyone interested in collaborating can drop off their toys at the Centro Cultural Fundación Unicaja de Cádiz from Monday to Friday, between 10:30 to 14:00 and 16:30 to 20:00. It is important that the donated toys are new, non-war-related, and gender-neutral, as indicated by Fundación Unicaja.

About the Beneficiary Entities

Nuevo Hogar Betania offers comprehensive support to people facing social exclusion, working in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to achieve their full inclusion. Its areas of action include human trafficking, gender-based violence, support for homeless people, and employment and training.

For its part, Fundación Márgenes y Vínculos is dedicated to promoting rights, protection, equality, and well-being, developing social projects for children, families, women, people with disabilities, and migrants.

Finally, Nuevo Futuro Cádiz provides ongoing care for the most vulnerable children and youth, offering foster homes in Spain for unprotected children and young people, supporting them in their personal and social development.
