The city of La Victoria will host the Andalusian beach volleyball championships starting this Sunday.

The Infantil and Sub-21 category tournaments will take place on July 21 and August 3. Cádiz will host the Andalusian beach volleyball championships held in the city on those dates. The tournaments, belonging to the Infantil and Sub-21 categories, will take place at La Victoria beach, featuring the best matches of both categories, in both men's and women's divisions. This Sunday, more than 250 Andalusian athletes will gather at module 5 of La Victoria beach, offering a top-level sporting spectacle for all attendees. Carlos Lucero stated that "with the hosting of these championships, Cádiz consolidates itself as a benchmark in beach volleyball, demonstrating once again the commitment of the Ayuntamiento de Cádiz and CV Amigos Cádiz to sport and the promotion of sporting values among young people, all in a unique setting such as La Victoria beach". The president of the organizing club, Carlos Cutilla, expressed that "this tournament is a celebration of grassroots sports, with high participation, as it will bring together the 250 most prominent athletes at the regional level". The event is organized with the collaboration of the Instituto Municipal del Deporte (IMD) of the Ayuntamiento de Cádiz, Junta de Andalucía, Howden, and Hamburguesería La Teja.
