Employment launchpad in Cádiz, new registrations open until March 29
Starting in April, Cádiz will welcome two new employment launchpads as part of the 'Hubs de Activación de la Empleabilidad' programme, an initiative promoted by Fundación Santa María la Real and Fundación Iberdrola, with financial backing from Fondo Social Europeo Plus (FSE+) and Ayuntamiento de Cádiz, through Instituto de Fomento, Empleo y Formación (IFEF).
If you are unemployed and aged between 18 and 60, you still have time to register before March 29 using the available online form.
This free opportunity, in a blended format, offers updated guidance adapted to individual needs, provided by specialists aware of the diversity of situations.
The project's goal is clear: to update and focus the job search for a diverse group of unemployed people. With in-person and online sessions over five and a half months, participants will improve their digital skills to adapt to current job market demands.
The launchpads will be located in two city centers: Centro Bóvedas (Lanzadera de Empleo Activa) and Centro Ma’rifa (Lanzadera de Empleo Nómada), as an integral part of the 'Hubs de Activación de la Empleabilidad' programme, which focuses on innovative employability techniques and specialized advice.
Over the next five years, the Cádiz HUB will host several editions of "Lanzadera de Empleo Activa" and the "Despega" activity, while a "Lanzadera de Empleo Nómada" will move around the city. Places are limited.
In addition, those in particularly vulnerable situations will receive personalized attention through the "Despega" activity, aimed at facilitating their employment insertion and social integration.
Registration is free and open to unemployed people aged between 18 and 60 in the area. To register, you can use the online form or contact the technical team using the telephone numbers provided.
The project follows the philosophy of the "Lanzaderas de Empleo y Emprendimiento Solidario" programme, with over ten years of experience, aiming at the personal and professional activation of the unemployed, as well as boosting their employability through soft skills and abilities in demand in today's job market. Participants will receive guidance to contact companies or obtain job offers that increase their chances of insertion.
