Increased bus services in Cádiz for summer 2023

Public services reinforced in Cádiz for the summer

The Ayuntamiento de Cádiz has taken measures to improve public services ahead of the summer season. In a recent press conference, Mayor Bruno García announced extended timetables for urban bus lines 1 and 7 during July and August.

The changes are significant. Línea 1, which connects Plaza de España with Cortadura, will have its last departure at three in the morning on Saturdays. This decision will allow residents and visitors to enjoy greater night-time mobility.

Meanwhile, Línea 7, operating between Glorieta Ana Orantes and Avenida Duque de Nájera, will provide service every weekend and public holiday, with routes running from 09:00 to 23:00 during July and August.

These improvements to bus timetables are designed to facilitate access to the beaches and summer events, thereby contributing to a better experience for residents and tourists in the city.
